Assured Testing Services maintains multiple cabinets conforming to ASTM B117 continuously and additional multiple cabinets for alternative salt spray tests such as TSH1552G. Multiple PLC programmable Singleton chambers are available for standard cyclic tests such as GM 9540P or customer designated cyclic tests. Two thermal chambers are available for cyclic testing and thermal shock that require freeze capability. These chambers can operate at -65 C to 170 C with humidity available as well (20-95% relative humidity). A Kesternich or sulfur dioxide chamber is available for acid rain simulation. Parts of various sizes can be accommodated in the chamber. Parts often go into the cabinet the same day received. Upon test completion, parts are evaluated and test reports generated quickly.

Coating and Plating thickness can be measured with two different non-destructive methods. A Magnetic Induction device and X-ray Spectrometer are available depending on the type of paint.

Assured Testing Services utilizes many methods to determine the adhesion of coatings, plating, or paints to substrates. These include but are not limited to various tape strengths, taber abrasion, cross hatch, scribes, knife, etc. Also, a taber abrasion devise is available for testing coating and substrates such as plastic, rubber and fabric.

Assured Testing Services utilizes RS Technologies equipment for measuring torque/tension.
